I got a 1975 fender straticaster in excellent condition.. She used to be white but now has turned a creamy yellow with age but still looks and sounds amzing.. You can see your reflaection in the fret board when you polish it..Great for playing blues and reggae.. I was told that it's one of the rarest models made in the 70's and was discontinued that year and I feel pretty darn grateful to have found her.. She belonged to my god father.. What are you guys packin..

Standard Mexican Fender Telecaster.
Sounds not too good but it does what is needed. Some dickhead know it all reckoned you couldn't shred with it (just because he couldn't at the time but could on his Ibanez). I went home and fucking learned some metal riffs and shred, and a week later proved him wrong! I love my Tele!

At the end of the day its not the guitar but the guitar player. I saw some guy on the street the other day playing what was effectively a piece of shit, but he was making it wail like anything.

i play bass. i have a musicman sterling, a fender precision copy put together by a guy who was a guitar tech for bc rich at the time (amazing electronics with a 2tek bridge) and a vintage kramer aluminum neck with active electronics (electronics need attention) i picked up on ebay.
i have an ovation celbrity that has never really been played, not sure why i picked it up to be honest... wishful thinking maybe...

I have an analog man mini bi-comp. it has the "juicer" as well as the "comprosser" the juicer boosts the signal a lot and provides a real in your face lead tone and ridiculous sustain, while the comprosser is more or less transparent, aside from sucking a bit of the shape out of your tone. but i guess thats expected from a compressor.
I recommend the bi-comprossor. comprossor is nice but it gets boring. I bought the mini-bicomprossor because there was a waiting list for the regular one and when it comes to guitar gear i cant stand waiting. the only difference is you have to open it up to adjust the attack time.

My friend kevin who plays in the reckoning came up with the idea of having 4 jacks an input and output for each effect, so the juicer and comprosser can be run through an effects switcher seperately.

This is a schecter 006 elite with duncan pickups, i like it a lot.
I often use it through this
Line6 PODxt live connected to the comp by USB. You can never totally replicate the sound of an amp..especially a big tube amp, but you can get pretty close with this if you tweak the settings. It has very good clean tone and effects but the challenge is always getting that oversaturated, loud tube sound without it sounding synthetic.

six string acoustic, kids. It's my soul vessel. The name of the company that produced it is of little importance. It rocks ass through the power of my soul and intuition. It is love manifest in the form of strings and wood. It is my guitar. My only cherished possesion. Yeah I got one. It's the best.
