Since shrooms don't grow naturally in your region you'll have to grow your own. If you do that not only will you practically trip for free, you'll also be able to supply alot of people with shrooms and make back any cash you spent.

Yeeah..i live in IL and shrooms are practicaly impossible to get...in my lifetime i have seen 2 people with them. once i was too young to know what they were, and once i was too messed up already to want anything. sheesh... All i can say is Grow dem! i've got some puerto Rican jars almost colonized, so i should be good off soon enough... read the mmgg...it'll get you started on your way to shroomeyness..

i live in ohio too and yes, they are rather rare. unless you know people that go places and pick them and come back... heh. anyway, yeah, grow your own.

Well im 17 and I dont know if I can grow em... Anyone know any concielable locations to store em where they will grow or seen any designs for a hidden one?

Well, I dont know if this'll help, but I've seen some good set-up's with (initial cultivation of mycellum (spelling?) in a jar) and after that is finished they were moved into a tupperware container on a rack with wet towels underneath to keep humidity high. It seemed like this was a successfull set-up.
good luck. (keep in mind there is a 5 year minimum sentance in my state for growing hallucinagens (spelling(2x)? :) ) so be carefull.)

I currently have a pretty nice closet setup with a rubbermade container, ultrasonic humidifier on a timer, and fishtank heater. It's good for the fact that nobody knows it's there. The humidifier is completely silent. Check out the MMGG (magic mushroom grower's guide) for a pretty easy and cheap way to grow for a first timer. just keep pluggin' along and you'll get there..

Oh, jesus. Ok. go to the shroomery home page, click on the "grow/find" link on the left (you used this menu to get to the forum. Then there is another list, click either "growing mushrooms" or "growing movies" (you might want to click both, one at a time, of course) then click submit. Then click "P. Cubensis", and submit. Then click any one of the tek's listed and read, read, read!
*or* goto google.com and type in "grow mushrooms" or something of that nature.

Um, hangnail, how did you end up digging up this thread? Pharmacopeia typed that in, look at the date, on December 24th of 2001...this is an old old thread.
