damnit...did i screw it up?

well i innoculated 8 cakes of brf/verm with lipa-yais. i kept the jars in a cooler and would put them on top of the radiator to heat them and i would take the cooler off the heater every now and then so they wouldnt get too hot. they were doing fine til about 1week and a half ago when i left the cooler on the heater for 2 days straight. i had about 3 cakes left that were about 85% colonized and after this incident they stopped growing...i had a few other cakes that were in soda bottles that were exposed to this heat also....they stoped doing anything....i was all pissed and thought i screwed up hardcore...i didnt even bother to fan the cakes in the bottles for 2 days...but within the past few days i've noticed some growth in the 3 remaining jars...its very slow and i cant tell if its contamination or not...also a few of my cakes have had small blue patches...they are on areas where the mycelium network was already established...i dont know if this is contamination or not and i've heard stuff about cakes "bruising"...is that a bad thing?
and do i have a chance of making this work or did i suck too badly?

Shroom death or mycelia death is about 95 degrees . Not sure how hot you got on top of that radiator for 2 days.. but it sounds like you probably cooked those jars.
