I have had problems with contams in the past and now Im paranoid every time I have to fan my cake. I know that 100% colonized cake should be more resistant. Do I realy need to set off a lysol bomb everytime I go to fan? Am I paranoid or do I have a reason to be this carefull?

I hope you're not getting lysol on your cakes! That would be bad...I dont think you need to worry about it so much...fully colonized cakes should be very hard to contaminate.
