To Pin or Not to Pin

This is my first time using casing and I am starting to see the Mycelium poping up in little areas (quarter sizes span). There isn't to much but my question is should I try to have it pin now or wait a little bit. Also how should I go about pinning. I don't have a terrium and the tek I am using says just keep spraying the soil so it's always moist (im using plain potting soil with vermiculite) will this work? If not should I use a GIANT zip lock bag fill the bottom with Perlite and set the casing in there? Ahh, someone just help me, I want everything to go smoothly but space is valuable. Thanks

Pin it now.
You need some kind of container for it to keep humid. Perhaps a rubbermaid. Or a dome top

To pin, keep it at 74-78 with light and some fresh air now and again.
