Please Help! deep shit!

Here's the situation, my friend has two beautiful 10gal buckets which have fully colonized cow dung ? of the way up and on the sides of the buckets are two small holes with filters patches covering them, can anyone tell him the best way to get them to fruit. He figured he should fan and mist with light twice a day and drop the temp, but will it work? He had to use the buckets to save space (if wondering). Any feedback is well appreciated.

Uh, yeah. Same as anything else you want to fruit. Give them humidity, light and fresh air. Temp drops are somewhat helpful, but almost never needed with cubes.
