Tasmania Strain
    #494029 - 12/17/01 05:34 PM (22 years, 3 months ago)

I was wondering how difficult or easy the tasmania strain was to grow. I have 12 fully colonized jars of tasmania stored in my fridge. Also, I was wondering......I wraped the jars several times with syran wrap, air tight and put them in a box and stored them in my fridge/no food. Will they be ok to contams for under one month? Thanks.

Tasmanians are very easy to grow - they are a pretty resiliant strain. I don't know about the fridge thing though.

Tasmanian cubensis are my favourite strain by far (out of GTs, Pf classics, B+, Lipa Yai, Ko Samui and PRs) They are the easiest ive ever seen to fruit - literally five days after i birthed a cake it had 1 inch primordia all over it!! And out of about 5 cakes and 5 casings i only have got four abhorts in three flushes!! And only one shapeshifter...Fast colonisation and GREAT potency - as potent as GTs and a real great visual fuckfest of a trip!! Some pics:

My little babies were from a little birdseed/rye cake so they dont quite stand up to anno's cased mummas...:-)
I found these really potent and very visual - i also found that they fruit like fucking crazy - and grow some real huge ones cased - i dont have scales so id have to say in terms of size igot lots of large to short but thick shrooms off casings and some skinny but perfect little guys from my cakes - all in all these babies are THE shit IMO

I wonder if there's a difference between Ryche's Tazmanians and Sporeworks?
Anyone know?

Ryche says that they both came from a BIO isolate so they are the same spore race
