Swamp Boggin' it in Astoria!

I was in Astoria today. Azure populations are getting ever more rare. Azurepower and I visited some of our favorite locations. The azures we found were very healthy looking, but very few in numbers. It seems like our favorite locations are putting up their last few mushrooms. The wind and rain were awesome. We experienced wind gusts near 80 mph. The wind nearly ripped a handful of azures right of Azurepowers hand. There was standing water everywhere. Seaside south of Astoria is flooded across hwy 101. When crossing a section of this road we could feel the current move my Honda CRX. My engine almost stalled. We were lucky enough to make it, while others chose to stay behind. I am currently printing nearly 30 nice azure caps. They should be ready shortly. PM if you would like to trade. I risked my ass for rare P. azurescens spores so that you don't have to. Sorry, I have no pics. My camera was blown away in a dream of an Astorian storm. Joshua

That sounds like good times dood, i love being out in the shitty fall weather picking mushrooms, its half the fun and half the battle. Doesnt really matter how wet or cold you get as long as you got a nice warm car heater and some tasty green nuggets to keep your feeling alright. Round it off with a tasty brew and you have had a glorious day.
