I never tried to max out, so I don't know my limits. I usually just do 30 reps of 100 lbs. I'm not looking to get buff. Just to stay in shape.

Wooohoooo chest day today, working out at a new gym that actually HAS a bench... yeah, my old one was all right, just didn't have a squat rack, smith machine or bench because it's ran by the city.
So we'll see what I can bench. My little brother's 17, 160lbs (Cut like a steak knife, probably well under 10% bf) and can easily bench 225lbs. So I'll hope to not exhaust myself because my main focus is completing what I've set out to do and work out my upper chest. Going for mass so natually the bence would be the right direction.
With freeweights I usually warm up then immediately start with inclined press using 50lbs in each hand. I know it may sound weak but I just bumped up from 40lbs inclined, to 45lbs and now 50lbs. Again, my chest is my weakest part so I'm feeling good that I can finish all my sets a lot cleaner than most other guys. I usually do 4 sets of 8 or 4 sets of 6 (depending on my other excersizes), so if I start off with flat bench instead what should I go for? I want to do them clean and, maybe 3 sets of 5 and learn what my max is? I want to also do inclined presses, pec flies either on the pec dec or bench, dips and cables to exhaustion. Blah I'll probably ask someone at the gym. I'm stressing because I want to get the most efficiant workout I can, can't waste time anymore with the schedule I have and I've been sick twice..

Dude I work at 4:54, so I get up at like 3:30am.. school should be nothing. Just learn to manage your time better, I was kind of forced too. It's still 8 hours, but earlier in the morning definitely fucks things up for me.
Don't let school stop you from working out, work out anyways mang!

That's good to know, man! I thought my days were over but there's always something you can do to squeeze in a workout. A partner definitely helps on those days when you're not feeling too motivated, I've pretty much got a couple of buddies who've all agreed not to let each other slack so this is a good situation.
I'm kind of bummed out about my left shoulder. It sometimes clicks when I move it certain ways, particularly with chest presses. I managed to get up to about 175lbs until I realized I really shouldn't press any further. Did incline presses with dumbells and that was fine, so did some declines and finished my workout with a few other things. It really sucks because my left arm tires out completely once my shoulder clicks..
