 mushroom poisoning

I recently ate some mushroom my friend found in bellingham, WA i think it was. I tripped for like 3 hours and then started to feel extremely wierd. My lips kind of went numb and i had trouble whistling. it was like my lips were cramping up or something. Then i noticed i couldnt move my thumbs nearly as much as i should normally. I couldnt pop my knuckels with one hand or anyhting that needed my thumb. After about an hour i walked home and i noticed my legs were real sore. eventually my legs cramped up and I could barely walk. The walk should have taken 5 minutes but ended up taking about 30 but i had to stop and rest my legs every 50 feet or so. This was defenitely fucked up. Not sure where i should have posted this so the pub made sense. any ideas? are these symptoms of mushroom poisoing?

some mushroom your friend found... Does he have more? You should visit your local botanical gardens for a positive ID.

You got this off a single mushroom found in washington? Sounds pretty fishy. 14 decent sized azures weighed 2 grams for me. Cyans can be a little heavier, and libs are damn near weightless, heh.
You sure it wasn't an amanita? This doesn't sound too good man...

Somewhere in that post you are lieing...Either a)You ate a poisonus mushoom b)You are lieing about either tripping or having the advers affects. If this is true go to your local ER right now. Try to bring another of the same mushroom with you.

I dont know how many of you smoke cigs or other things, but when I am frying real hard, it will basically feel like my lips are numb... anyone else?

Were they wood lovers you ingested?
I get uncontrollable shivering and shaking from Psilocybe azurescens but I'm fine with libs and cubes.
This isn't the first time I've heard of people getting cramps and muscle problems from wood lovers, there's quite a few posts on the subject.

Oops i actaully ate an eigth, not just a single mushroom. I ment to type mushroomS. Just a typo. Cant really remeber what they looked like, maybe cyans. I have seen a lot of other people eat the same mushrooms and have no problems whatsoever.

I've literally not been able to feel any of my limbs on mushrooms.
It wouldn't surprise me.

Yeah, lips becoming numb seems like something that could easily happen. If they were mushrooms you have seen other people have no problems with, you probably were not poisoned.

If you were poisoned, you would have most likely had a lot worse problems then that..but i am no expert.

I had some crazy shivers going through my limbs on azures. Really kind of a great feeling though. Almost felt like something was lacking when it started to go away.

Sometimes I'll get so cold I can't speak, and then someone will say "Man, are you all right?" and my mouth is too cold to speak and my fingers to cold to write and all I can do is stumble to somewhere I can warm up some.
Maybe your body temperature dropped and you just didn't realize it.
