Spores pretty much can last up to a year or so in cool conditions such as a fridge, but over due time may do there job abit slower and may not colonize fast enough to complete the job before other things do.

Inside a box at 70 degrees is fine. Spore syringes can still be vialbe after several years but are best in the first 6 months. You may have shortchanged yourself in the spore department when making the syringes.
