On acid i usualy see small multifaceted and multicolored fractal "beans". (very 3d) Everything from the furniture to the atmosphere atmosphere is composed of thease..so well...it's nice.

On shrooms....I DONT KNOW YET!!! My puertoRican jars are almost entirely colonized!!! so i'm sure i'll figure it out eventualy.

I've only had acid once, my closed eye visals seemed to be more of a bright blue and more angled patterns (a lot of right angled square type patterns). On shrooms I tend to get more organic visulas, a lot of fast growing branches and the colours are usually green, purple, red. One time on shrroms I was looking at a wooden door and it turned into a picture of an african tribe dancing, it was awsome.

With LSD I haven't pegged a pattern yet. Each time I've dosed I have been doing something active (bottle rocket fights, etc.), so I never had the chance to recognize any patterns.
With Shroomage I almost always get rainbows. Not often pictures...just color patterns. EX: when I look at my ceiling (it's the stucko with the grains in it...looks like a rocky white blob) I get hundreds of rainbows dancing off of the individual rocks as well as spots of total blackness at the corners of my visual field...sort of the black holes that are absorbing the colors to keep them from consuming me. :)

I get geometric patterns,usually real uniform usually I feel like
I have a complete 360 degree view. At other times I just get random shapes,etc..Always brillants colors.
I was wondering why so many people get geometric visions.Maybe its because our enviroment contains lots of geometric shapes and those images/shapes are burned into our memories.
It would be interesting to compare patterns seen between civilized/uncivilized people to compare.

Geometric patterns, like any other patterns, I attribute to Gestalt. It is natural human nature to find patterns in all things and to associate things (that may not have any relation) with one another. Geometric shapes tend to mimic order in many ways, and our minds like that. I, for one, prefer Chaos.

the patterns i usually get are not distigushable between the mushrooms and the acid, to me they look the same but 10+ hits gives you way better visuals then a 10+ grams of dried mushrooms. some times on acid i can close my eyes and see just colorful rainbows other times its bugs crawling everywhere(those are my favorite ones) fractals are very common to especially if you spend a few hours starting at fractals then go outside its all looks like fractals everywhere.
