3 mushroom types need id, can you help? got pics

Included as much info as possible. Thanks for any help you guys can give.

1st type-

Habitat-woods, among pine needles and decomposing wood, Texas, sea level.
Gills- white gills, attached, could get no spores, spore prints
Stem-hollow white inside, brown outside, 5inches long, thin, has ring (annulus)
Cap-5 inches in diameter, concave circle, light brown(same as stem but with darker brown rough spots)
No distinct smell, no bruising color over hour and a half period.
Grew very spread out from others

2nd type-

Habitat- grass, Texas, sea level
Gills-light yellow to white, attached,
Spores-yellow
Stem-yellow outside, light yellow inside, 2-3 inches long, no ring
Cap-light yellow, light yellow powder coated, half circle hangs over stem half way, when open turns tan-ish color
Smell is like flowers/meaty mushroom
Grew very close to others

3rd type-

Habitat- grass, Texas, sea level
Gills- brown to black-ish, attached
Spores-black
Stem-one to three inches, not hollow, white inside, white to light tan outside, bruises brown-ish color, has ring (annulus)
Cap- ? to 3 inches in diameter, tan colored concave, tan, but gets darker towards where stem meets cap
No distinct smell

Agreed the first one looks like a lepiota, as for the other two it's hard to be sure of anything. They don't look like they are in prime condition either way.. Some more pics of fresher specimens might help determine genus.
With third set of info and picture, I'm able to narrow it down to a few genera but still unable to make a decision with certainty.
