Re-casing help.

I'm triing to re-case some casings and need some feedback. After cleaning all the pins off and pulling all the mushies I deep scratched and put a thin layer about 1/4"-1/2" of damp verm. It has been about 6 days and I haven' seen any mycillium growth on the verm or any new pins form. Any help would be appreciated. I have the temp at about 75 F and RH around 95%.

Should I be treating this like a new casing, where as the mycillium will start to grow into the verm again and then pin or will the pins push up through the verm?
