like my post says - there are lots of other alkaloids that are only present in some psilocybes - such as aeruginecine in some Australian natives.
As for Cubensis, i dont know anyone who doesnt get some level of anxiety while coming up on say 4 - 5 grams dry plus.
whereas a trip of the same magnetude on pan cyans or ps.cyanescens or other woodlovers may not give you any noticable come-up nasties - but at the end of the day its all part of the fun.

On the contrary, bluemeanie, Ps. azurescens gave me the worst anxiety trip during the initiation phase and I only consumed 0.6 grams dried. This same attack occurred at the same exact time as my friend, but I think he transferred the vibes to me and I merely experienced what he was feeling. The reason I felt it was because azures hit you very fast-about 15 minutes later you're already in that "atmosphere." Also, I ALWAYS get tired after eating shrooms, and just when I feel like going to sleep, it hits me and keeps me up. HOwever, as pointed out earlier, it's probably psychosomatic...

sorry - i dont know about that particular wood-lover - i live in aussie so ive never seen, let alone tried Ps.Azurescens - maybe one day though! Ps.Cyanescens and Subaeruginosa are as close as we get to those...

so no one has a story about amanitas+psilocybes?

i read in my audobon book that the amanitas in north america are posionus but the ones in europe/asia are hallucinogenic.
this is bull yes?

Some (many) species of amanitas are VERY poisonous, shut the liver down 2 days after ingestion. Followed by agonizing death. Do your homework if picking wild. It's obvious which to pick and which not to. Never mixed amanitas with cubenses, but did mix half an eighth of cyan. with half an eighth of cubensis (not sure what strain) and had a crazy time. Talking trees, dancing Indians, ground shook when walking, all that good stuff.

amanitas are bad man! shouldnt be a nice mix!!!
though one cant mistake a big red a. muscaria var muscaria with lots of flies arriving and taking off its cap...and i wonder... what do the flies do on amanitas caps???
