bags & water spots

my friend has been loosing lots of bags lately by having water build up at the bottom. Also the bags seem really sensitive to a new sterilizer(41qt all-american) cause they have been breaking during sterilization. What is causeing this and how can it be fixed. Is there too much moisture in the rye? Also if anyone has any advise on how to keep bags from breaking it would be greatly apprciated. If anyone has a recommeded amount of time for pcooking I could use one cause at 50min he was still getting bacterial contams

I just started a bag, and I think I saw someone say that w/ bags, it's a good idea to PC an 1.5 hours. That's what I did, and I haven't seen any contams just yet, although I don't know if you really need to go that long.

BTW, where did you get your bags?

At 1.5 hours the rye burnt up and didnt look very good. I think this was at 20 psi.
