My dryin routine (w/pictures!!)

Here is what my cake looked like before I fruited it:

After I fruited the shrooms, I placed them in my drying container thingy:

After a couple of days in the dryer thingy, the mushrooms look like this:

I have a quick question for those of you who know what your doing. After I fruited my shrooms, the two biggest ones caps turned dark purple, but not all over. Is this ok to eat?

Nice mushrooms!

The purple thing(powder) on your mushrooms are spores. Nothing to worry about.

did you use dessicant to dry? what substance dried your fruits?
