Has anyone here ever flipped out for absolutely no reason?

Ive been getting EXTREMELY angry for no apparent reason as of late.. then i get even more angry/confused that i cannot find the source of my hostility.. its very frustrating. Something is very wrong.. But i cant put my finger on it.. I have no reason to be mad, why is this happening????  :confused:
