 humidification ideas! NEW!!!!

Okay so i dont have perlite or airstone and bubbler so i put my cakes ontop of wet sponges will this keep the humidity high enough?

Do you see condensation on the walls of your FC?
If not, No, its not high enough...
Hope those sponges were water/h202 mix..

actually they where new sponges and sponges ive heard have some sort of anti bacterial stuff in them

Perlite is pretty cheap and easy to find in the garden section of most stores. I'd try to get some instead of using sponges.

What im saying is, is there anything else IMMEDIATLY accessible from around the house? My jars finished before i had time to acquire perlite... I have a big volcanic rock that i could crush up and pressure cook perhaps that would work

Sponges will not wick mosture into the air. I don't think adding a air pump with stone will help. Perlite is cheap.Go find some and save your cakes.

If the volcanic rock is porous like lava rock, then it should work. Just lay it down evenly on the bottom of your terrarium and add water so that it is 3/4 to 1" below the top of the rock. The drier top rocks will wick water up from below and disperse tiny water droplets into the air, just like perlite. The rocks have to be POROUS like lava rock and perlite for it to work though.

yeah! lol why not, i leanered sponges have antibacterial stuff in them when i was growing marijuana, we used to put the seeds in the holes

Crumble and case in a shallow container and you need no extra humidity. They can still grow up big & strong

The only thing that i can case them with is verm, this is my first time growing and i lost a cake to contamination, i only have 4 left... I desided to just try and fruit them straight, Should i dunk or roll them? Or is it to late?
