my mushrooms are starting to pop and they are not very big at all is there a reason for this or something i can do to make them bigger? thanx

these guys love lots of water (but not too much) and nutes that are found in hay fed animals. (cows and horses, pref. horses) the deeper the substrate, the larger they get... also what richard said ^^

actually FAE stands for Fresh Air Exchange, but frequent works just as well :wink: :P

Substrate is the nutriants myc grows from.

Casing is the cover material to protect the substrate, amougst other thing.

To get big shrooms, requires OPTIMAL everything.
