I LOST 4 JARS!!!! ARGGGGHH

I just checked my jars after 18 great days. They all appeared to be fully colonized. Then I checked today and 4 of the jars had green mold near the top. When I inspected closer, it turns out the mold had infected the top, then the middle. WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THIS GODDAMN GREEN SHIT?!?!?!?!
It seems to have attacked the uncolonized substrate!

Would innoculating in the middle help?
More of a verm layer?

Yeah a deeper verm layer will help. So will letting them colonize in a clean environment. Off the floor and away from traffic.

hmmm, if he's using standard 1/2 jars with pftek, they should be left alone in a dark, warm place. I actually just innoculated 12 jars the other day w/ peurto rican from sporeworks.. just put them back in the original cardboard box and placed them on top of one of my computers...that'll keep it warm...also close to a heater (2 feet)...
seems to be keeping it about 80-83
we'll see how it works out...
