its a place for reflection right? healthy you say? i hope so.
i remember my old journal i was so intense and so passionate.
every entry had the words love and hate in them, and i meant every true meaning of it at the time.
if i am to love so passionately again, does that mean i must hate as well?
i am kind of at a cross roads... about my feelings.
so i started writing again. well, i write all the time, lyrics poems, posts whatever... but like, i started writing a real journal.
i think its a bit revealing, thinking about things i don't think about or were to scared to face when i was "younger".
i have often in the past wrote about my distant past because its actually quite interesting to some people, and it helps me find closure to write down what it was all about to me.
but this journal is a bit different.
its not necessarily about my past, just reflections on myself, the environment I've created, and most importantly (i think) what I'm making it into.
yeah... so I'm writing a journal hahah.

this was kind of my second journal entry, to come to terms with having a journal

I have been keeping a journal too for a while, bit i noticed that I just keep everything up in my head...so no need to write one in this point in time.

forgeting used to be the best way to stay sane.
then i went insane.
and remembering is really the only way to stay neutral

how do you write it... first person, or like someones going to read it. Do you re read it often? I find when im posting long thorough open posts - i always reread and absorb what i just communicated. Do you show others...?
