...Or my closest yet of achieving an out of body experience
Once we lose one thing, we try to use others to make up for the loss. A blind man, deprived of his vision will amplify his hearing and will absorb smell to get a description of his surroundings. Our deprivation of one serves as a catalyst to magnify another. However, if we deprive ourselves of everything, what is left to accentuate? The deep dimensions of the void show us the way to seeing our soul. I had just finished smoking a couple bowls and was getting a nice, relaxed flashback. To not waste my feeling of euphoria, I decided I would use this feeling to progress myself sprititually, use what I felt for an introversive experience. I closed my eyes, put on my headphones, and began to relax. Every single muscle in my body rested.
I inhaled.
My lungs are once again full. Breathing is an involuntary response, it happens on it?s own, yet we have full power of control of it. I exhaled. I began feeling my body, but I did not feel inside it, but rather as an observer of the experience. I inhaled.
Exhalation.
Now I began to enter the realms of the subconscious, the so-called hypnogonic state. This is the state that where most hypnotists start shaping the user, because they are fully aware of what is going on, but they don?t want to do anything about it, open to all suggestion. They see reality, but perceive it through the subconscious, reality within a dream so to speak. Images pass through my mind. These are just my reflections of past events, a clutter of information eager to get processed now that my mind was in optimal condition to do so. The mind loves to chatter. I concentrated and drove past these. My mouth began to numb. It was quite dry, and pleasant to the taste. Mystery of the Yeti, the ambient compilation that I was listening to during my meditation session, began to sound extraordinary. Every sound represented an image. Not a specific object, but a coloured shape, different in size, describing the world that the music was portraying. The sound was making a painting with my mind as the empty canvas. My journey was accompanied by the vibrations of the music. I was surfing through the waves of sound. My meditative state deepened. I was watching my field of vision behind closed eyelids. The light patterns started to flash throughout my peripheral vision. These patterns have no meaning. They are just neural discharges, I ignored them and sped through the land of the void. I started feeling the energy that my surroundings were emitting. The vibrations of cosmic energy were resonating throughout my now numb body. The vibrations began at the base of my spine and shot through the vertebras into my brain. The feeling is quite euphoric because it is energy surging through the body. I am comfortable with my head pointing to the north. No one is to disturb me, and I am concentrating on the void. I selected a point in front of me and pulled it towards me. I grabbed a hold of a wave that was surging through me. I stop it.
The release of it is phenomenal.
I decreased the vibrational rate, and tried to get up. Not with my regular numb body of course, but with my enlightened spiritual self. I lifted my left arm, and became an entity. All of a sudden my body was surging with power, because I was no longer human, simply a spirit with potential of such. I saw energy everywhere, the feeling got extremely intense, and I started losing control. Spiraling downward, I snapped back in my body in one millionth of a second, and opened my eyes. Enlightment, eluding me yet again, might be caught in my next session.
