Rasberry Jam?

I was shuffling my jars around in my incubation chamber. While looking for mold I ran across something else. On two of my jars I have a spot of what looks like rasberry jam. There is some yellowing of the mycelium in other areas of the jars, but I know this is just excriment of the mycelium. My jars were new when I got them, so I know it is not any leftovers.
Anyone else have any of this rasberry jam looking stuff in theirs?

I've had a contam like that before. I don't think its jam of any kind. You should toss the jar.

I tossed it. It is not worth risking the whole batch for 2 jars.
