damages the lock, all these 'security' measures people take just have no security

oh well... at least I live in a rich ass area.. not much/any crime really.
Where I lock my bike up.. other nearby workers leave their fancier,
more expensive bikes.. unlocked, all day.. any thief worth his shit
would rather go for the beamers and benzes and hummers parked everywhere...
or the unlocked bike.

But I figure at the least, it will prevent any random dumbass from just walking off with my bike.

if I wanted your stuff, you wouldnt have it now...

I had a misspent youth, I just play around now, normaly I use my 'gift' to help people and sometimes to make a couple bucks

if you want a reasonable secure lock... use a shrouded Abloy, Medeco, or Bi-Lock. (style 242 in the pic)

I learned how to do this, while locked up. It is pretty common knowledge in there.

I learned when I was 13, lately I've been practicing more, it's more fun than a rubix cube, my wife ued to ask why I kept dozens of locks just laying around

That' hilarious!

My dad taught me how to use a rake and that other little tool that puts pressure on the lock. He only knew how to open car doors pretty fast, too! He was never a criminal. He just messed around with it, at his shop. He used to own about 10 or 11 radiator repair shops. This was back when I was a youngster like 9 and younger.

So how does one go about doing that?

Well, you get a razor blade and cut a strip outta the can about a cm and a half across and about 3 inches long. You then find a really smooth area of concrete to rub the strip on until it is the original aluminum color, or close enough, anyway. Then, get any combo lock(American is the easiest, imo) and shape the strip by pressing it against the side of the u-bolt latch thing. Drop alittle baby oil into the locking slide area. Slide the strip on the inside of the u bolt where it slides onto the lock thingy. Work it in and out, while pulling and pushing on the lock. It will open faster with practice. You will probably fuck up alot of strips before getting it right.

Good luck!
