how long before i see ANYTHING

i innoculated my jars about 3-4 days ago. When should i see something? If i dont see anything does that mean i fuked up?

Sometimes it takes 7-10 days to show. Make sure you are keeping them warm.

Get em up to 88 for a day. This will germinate spores quickly.

Then keep it at 80-86.

It depends a lot on how far you streatch a syringe. What size of a syringe (in cc's) and how many jars did you do? Another member here has a post of what looks like healthy growth in five days. However it appears as if they used a lot of cc's per jar.

i also recently innoculated 12 jars. i used pes hawaiian for 6 pint jars at 1/2 a cc each hole (4 holes). then i used arcadian coast for 5 pint jars. 1 jar with 1cc per hole(4 holes) and the other 4 with 1/2 a cc per hole. averaging 2 cc's per pint jar. the last jar i used puerto rican. it has been 5 days now. i saw colonization at about 2-3 days. the peurto rican colonizes hella fast. pes hawaiian was a little slower than the arcadian coast. now at 5 days i see nice growth. the peurto rican got about an inch diameter in growth. the others range from 1/4 of an inch to an inch. temps been 75 degrees constant.
