    #4872547 - 10/30/05 08:05 PM (18 years, 4 months ago)

here are some mushrooms I found today.
what I believe to be oyster were growing on a dead diciduous tree.
no spore print.

Boletus:
no blue staining, yellow tube gills
taste: nutral
no spore print (too young of specimens)

I personally think both are edible, but please let me know if you think otherwise, and if not what are they?

The oysters look a little weird the edges of the caps aren't usually that sawtoothed.

The second mushroom is a bolete, Suillus. None of them are poisonous that I know, the slime gives some people the runs though.
