Well I would guess your experience is very unique. I've met plenty of rude asians, mexicans, blacks, and whites.

around here yea. there r like, 10 black ppl in my town, the rest r white and mexican. the mexicans r cool they keep to them selves, but the white ppl r rude, drugged out, pieces of shit (not to mention the WORST drivers)

Most blacks are rude. It is part of their culture. Some have ascended above it, but most are stuck on it. I think their mother specifically ingrains this into their daughters that they can be as loud as they want, when they want, and where they want. Why? I don't particularly care to know why, but its based on years of objective observation. Black culture needs a major paradigm shift. Such as what Cosby preaches, and also on the news the other day I found it in good note that a black community was protesting a sign of 50 cent. Saying how he is not someone that they should look up to because they don't want another gang-banger in town. Seems like they are seeing past the ridiculous leadership that has driven them for years, and the liberal "PC" apologetics that refused to accept that they have major problems that stem from their own doing and need to be fixed by an attitude adjustment.

I half agree with you and half don't. The latter half of your paragraph, the 50 cent shit, I completely agree with. Judging their culture by the artists they hold in highest esteem I couldn't help but sigh, especially considering my dislike of capitalism and the fact that most rappers just sing about money money money, much less any other shit some might find offensive.
But I think when it comes to what some perceive as obnoxious blackness, loud blackness...to me that's much more of a class thing. Poor whites are often the same. In some cases that's it, at least.
