sterilization?!?!

im just about to begin innoculating my first jars, does anyone have anytips on how to keep my working area completely sterile. i just want to be as safe as possible.

lysol, take a good shower, antibacterial soap, and
most importantly, the oven tek. Innoculate over oven rack.
