I have 2 fully colanized Pint jars they are B+
I hvae tried making a tea from 1 half pint and all i got was a little stonned feeling and got tired :)

Take water, it will work too. Doesn?t need to be hot, just try to separate the mycelium from the substrate.

And, as puscle said, orange juice is also an excellent choice.

But DON?T take pineapple juice, it has enzymes that destoy psilocybin, I had to try this once :(.

Im a sugar/cake man myself, and eat lots of crap with with frosting... bagels with frosting, mushrooms and frosting, tortillas and forsting... i was thinking how good a fresh wet mushy would be dipped in frosting, anyone try it, will it kill potency?

You know that sounds tasty. I really doubt it would kill potency. I like to go to the market and get one o' those little jars of frosting like the duncan hiens or pillbury. I always eat those. They're fukin tasty. I don't eat the whole thing at once. It takes me a couple of days.

Hey all that stuff is harmless....... i bet with just the pieces on the bottom of the fruits, i've eaten a whole CRAP load of casing layers (you pick one) and have had no ill effects.

Well it time to report back i soaked 2 1 pint jars for 1 hour in water Drank about 1 littre of the liquid left and i would say I was half way to level 1 Trip :(
