Is it okay to stack jars within a pressure cooker? I was looking to get this beast.
She holds 19 pint sized jars or 7 quart sized jars. I currently use half-pints. Below is a link to the website where I found this one.

Ya...fill that baby to the top...just make your water level about half way up the bottom layer of jars....it will work fine.
Man...I wish I could afford a pc like that!

I had this question last night, but it became academic when I ran out of jars. ;)

How much does it cost? Most big hardware stores sell a pressure cooker that fits 24 half pints and costs 90 dollars.

I know many people have said before to go to eBay to get a PC, and I am here to reaffirm their opinion. I got a PC there that is approx.=20quarts for only $33 including the shipping costs. You may have to look for a week or two, but it was worth it in my case. Just hit a major milestone in mushy cultivation! A bigass PC!
