This is just some strange stuff

I have, what appears to be tiny little trees, like microscopic little hairs, coming out of the white mycellium, just in one spot, with tiny tiny little balls on the end of the "stems"-at first I thought I saw dust or something foreign because it looks like flea crap if you have pets at first- It looks like little trees. Like 4 pieces of hair tied together with grains of sand or little black round beads attached ( except it JUST big enough to see) This is all in a spot about an inch long and a 1/2 inch wide.I am about to get worried here.
I would guess it's some tiny plant but there is no green so it's not a plant and I have never seen a plant this small. Is this some sort of mold? if so can I pour hydrogen peroxide on it?
Someone please suggest something.
Has anyone ever seen anything like I describe above?

It has to be this, excact match:
Pin Molds ? Rhizopus spp.
A very fast growing fungus. Once it sporulates, it forms many tall aerial hyphae adorned with black-headed pins. It grows on readily available carbohydrates. Along with Aspergillus and Penicillium, species of this genus are the primary contaminants of grain spawn. It is also very common on straw.

I killed the patch with hydrogen peroxide, I will keep a look-out for it to spread. What can I expect and what can I do about it if this Pin Mold comes back?
OK I thought I killed it, upon closer inspection I could still see parts of the mold, so I washed my hands and removed the entire infected part. I hope this solves it.
Please advise. I read on another post that this particular mold can kill you if injested. I got rid of the patch. Does that mean there will be more. As I said I used peroxide. So far it does not seem to have spread.

be careful as it may have deposited spores onto areas that seem unaffected
