the five-hour tingle

Do any of you feel a full-body tingle at the end of your shroom trips like I do? For me it happens at pretty much exactly the five-hour mark for low-dose trips... the effects gradually diminish from the plateau at 2 to 3 hours, then the tingle marks the end of the trip.

Dunno, all I get on opioids is itching. The shroom-tingle is like a full-body version of the pins-and-needles sensation you get when you've had your circulation cut off, but without the pain component... it feels cool :-) With me it always happens at the five-hour mark, like clockwork. The dosage has to be enough for a pleasant body sensation, though (or pain-relief in my case) or no tingle.

No, your not alone. Actually, I get a tingle in my feet at the very beginning of my trips, and a tingle exactly like it when the shrooms leave my system. The tingle is only in my feet, but it is very distinct.

Cool. Sometimes I feel a little tingle in my hands during the come-up, but the full-body tingle only happens as the very last noticeable effect of the shrooms, as if to mark the official end of the trip :-)

at the end of a long acid trip you feel trippy but the trips completely over and you have to chill for 2 or 3 hours to get your state of mind back to normal
in my opinion acid is more surreal and mushrooms are trippier

I get a tingle like you describe in my arms, shoulders, and sometimes neck. But it only happens maybe one in every four or five trips.
I do notice it much more on the comedown like you said, but I've never documented the actually T+ interval.
Quite interesting how you get this sensation consistently and like clock work.

its definately stuff like that that's the trippiest part of tripping for your body anyway. it's not that its trippy it just gets to my heart for some reason. being emerged physically in the wavey vibrating energy that's known as utilization you know where your muscles are weak and twitchy like a rat but it usually feels not weak and twitchy u just know its there, the utilization factor
