It would be interesting to see what the results would have been if you used a

A cop stops you for a routine traffic stop.But you left your wallet and license in your other pair of pants in the trunk.You get out of the car with the cop and your are both struck by a car.The two of you are wounded.Both have cut Femoral Arteries and there is only one belt to stop the bleeding,and if you don't stop the bleeding the person dies.The cop is unconscious but you are not.So you can get to it and the choice is up to you. On top of that you are in the middle of no where so there would be no time to use it on yourself and then call an ambulance.It wouldnt arrive in time.You can use it on him or on yourself.Who would you use it on?

This would be better because apparently some people don't think of life in jail in the same way.while death is for the most part the same for everyone.
