kitchenkrafts.com sells canning jars and lids.
any of the "Marts" pretty much sell anything else you'll need.

As for a store that sells prints--that's not bound to happen. You'll have to purchase prints or syringes from some of the vendors you see here at the Shroomery.

If this is your first attempt, I'd recommend syringes rather than prints.
