Brown Rice Q

Hey there, I'm a first time grower and I have a question concerning brown rice used in making substrate. I am having a hard time finding brown rice flower. I found some natural brown rice cereal, which is just puffed rice without any additives or preservatives. I thought I might be able to grind it up. I also found some white rice flour without any preservatives. Would either of these work as acceptable substitutes?

what are the ingrediants on the natural brown rice cereal, if it is only brown rice, then it would work fine, the white rice would work, just not as well.

you can use the brown rice and just grind it up into flour or use it whole. the 9er tek will tell ya how to use it whole as a grain. and it works good too, better than pf tek imo.
