A nutritious breakfast.
    #4837409 - 10/22/05 09:56 AM (18 years, 5 months ago)

Coffee with milk and a little bit of sugar.

Smart Start cereal.

One hit of white unperforated acid.

Acid doesn't give you truths; it builds machines that push the envelope of perception. Whatever revelations came to me then have dissolved like skywriting. All I really know is that those few years saddled me with a faith in the redemptive potential of the imagination which, however flat, stale and unprofitable the world seems to me now, I cannot for the life of me shake.

I disagree. Cereal is not nutritious. It is damn good, but pretty much junk.

Eggs/bacon/cheese and oatmeal is nutritious

Regardless of it's healthiness (or lack thereof), you have to admit cereal is some good shit.

I'm cooking up a bunch of bacon... gonna put a couple eggs on too.

Maybe some toast as well.

I'm eating a couple eggs and bacon every morning, in the hopes that the protein combined with the working out will help my muscles grow.

You probably know a lot more on the subject than me though. Got any other food suggestions?

Eat lots of carbs and protein if you are lifting. Carbs stimulate cells to build muscle... but sadly also store fat. It is the nature of the beast.
