Hi I'm a first-timer with a couple of questions.

How long time will it take from pinning to harvesting the first flush on a average?

Second, is there any way you can put the growth on hold for a couple of weeks. I will be going away for 2 weeks and wont be able to take care of my mushrooms then. I'm using the 50/50 casing. Can I put the lid on the containers after the first flush and put them in the frige to put the growth on hold and then take them out and put them in the terrarium when i come back. Or is there any other method?

1) Within a week.
2) That'll work, although you'll need to wrap them airtight.
