 Lie Detector Tests For Everyone!

In this new age of insanity with over 1 percent of the world's population being criminally terrorist, I belive everyone should be subject to lie detector tests at any time, as long as two people agree to it. This complies with the same rules that it takes to institute somebody who is suspected to be insane.
It does'nt matter if you are a politician or a bird. or if you are in the
Military: (suspects addicted to doing push ups daily)
Cia: (complete strangers with no record of identity, and seem to be shaking because you have held them without a regular shot of heroin)
Cia: (complete stranger with no record of identity, who seems to be on heroin)
or just seem to be dangerous white trash terrorist material, let's not forgot about mcveigh.
Bush: Let's put this into action immediately
3/4 of Congress: This is completely unconstitutional
Thoughts in the air: This could lead to something maybe my imprisonment for corrupt things

Then they need to be used.
That is far more accurate than a 20 man jury trial, or a 2/3 vote military trial. So what is the problem. Maybe the lie detector giving the lie detector test needs a lie detector test that way it is even better. These kind of securities are needed. Some general questions to ask would be: Have you a killed a person? Have you raped a person? Have you taken illegal bribes? These types of questions could lead our government and others to new levels of truth. A guideline to be put into congress could attach itself to the same laws that apply to criminally insane people. Two signatures lead to psychological evaluations. So that in turn two signatures lead to a lie detector test. I have seen so much killing and raping without justice in my neighborhood, and have suspicions on the most innocent of people, it is not paranoi, or schiznophrinia, it is the second arm of law, the people, cops and intelligence are not able to investigate everything.

If lie detector tests were 99.9% (bullshit) correct then why aren't they admisable in court?...did your smart world bank friends tell you this?

How correct are they.
I mean we filter who works for NSA and the Cia with them.
If they are not correct, then we would be discriminating unfairly against potential employees.
Also, psychiatric evaluations aren't 100% correct either, but they can be used in court.
So, my main futile point is that: Maybe I suspect someone of rape and murder, I and another person issue a testament to the effect that they need to be given a lie detector test. With results it can be determined whether to have a full blown federal or local investigation. Cops will not investigate in other states or play detective under someone's suspicion, they require evidence, it's all laziness. They expect you to be the detective without any real training in the field. But soon I will study to be a private detective and investigate things further under my own cost.
