Casing Question

I was wondering what the best temperature for the casing would be for it to develop more mycelium for the growth of the mushrooms. I had put the cakes in a casing about a week ago and have found no sings AT ALL of any new development. The casing was made with potting soil and Vermiculite (first layer) Mycelium cakes grounded up into marble sizes (second layer) and then potting soil on top (third layer) at around 66-67 degrees. Nothing is happening?

Just keep them in your inncubator until you're ready to fruit.
