It appears that my growing area is limited to either a filing cabinet that is about 10.5" tall and 11" wide, or another spot in a closet that is about 10 feet high, and it is about 11" wide as well. What is the best growing method, considering my limited amount of space, and taking into consideration the fact that I am a very lazy person? I would very much prefer to use the filing cabinet if at all possible.

get plastic containers to fit in there perfect and make a sheliving unit to use multiple terr's

Alright, so after work today I went looking around. Found some things that I'm pretty sure will work in my filing cabinet drawer. Just a few more questions that I'm sure I could find the answers to on this board if I looked hard enough, but I'm tired and want to sleep soon...

So far, all I have is one box of Ball pint jars. Might return them, and buy some of the "holiday" smaller jars... is 8 oz. a half pint?

1) Taking into consideration my laziness, need for this to be discreet, and the fact that I'm poor... what is the best kind of terrarium? Perlite seems like a good idea... But will that work in my limited work space (drawer 10.5" high)?
2) What strain would be good for person's first time growing? from reading here, it sounds like the effects can vary quite a bit from strain to strain. Something more on the visual end of things is probably what I'm looking for.

And any other information you think would be useful to me would be appreciated.

As I hear if you use a small enough container you can get by, by misting them. Read the old timers straw tek revisited (Search forum).

there is an online conversion calculater around some where. i didn't pay attention in school.

Laziness is the first step to failure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
like he said just mist once or twice a day(use perlite too) . you will have to play around a bit to figure it out

try golden teacher or b+. i have also had the experience that b+ are pretty visual. but there is a forum for that so try there
