Yeah dood, them are defiantly mushrooms  , whether they will get you HIGH or make you attempt to shit your small intestine out of your ass with a river of blood is a different story.

How can you be sure? What feature tells you these are not one of the (sub)species in the honey mushroom complex? Keep in mind that (honey) mushrooms can widely vary in macroscopic appearance.

No ring on the sterm, and honey mushrooms have light ring on the end of the cap and these instead have dark.

The ring on the stem ('annulus') can be seen if you take a good look at the photos. The light-coloured cap margin doesn't seem to be present, but I don't believe that this would rule out the possibility of these being honey mushrooms.

there are also ringless honeys. Armillaria tabescens.
volvobox. This is like the third post you've put mis-information on. In the other post you said you have an ID book. some books have alot of mis- information in them.
Mushroom names and classifictions are always changing.. the best bet is to read about ten different books and then compile the best info you can.
I'm not trying to be a jerk at all. I just don't want you to tell some one they can eat something... and they do?

in this case, it seems that volvobox was airing more on the side of caution than anyone else.
if he was trying to give a positive id and not just being skeptical on someone elses, then it'd be a different story.

Yes, those are mushrooms.
Mushrooms have a cap with gills, pores, spines, or veins on the underside and generally have a stem.
