I'm selling some stuff on EBAY and another seller has used my selling format word for word on his listing not to mention my HTML code. The cunts just copied and pasted it!
I emailed the guy asking him to use his own format and I just got a sarcastic remark back from him. This is really pissing me off 
Is this allowed on EBAY? Is there anything I can do about it?

Forget about it. Unless you had copyright protection then thats just about the only thing you can do.

damn ebay. damn it to hell!!
seriously though, there r so many scammers on ebay, u gotta be really careful when selling or buying stuff on it. iv gotten ripped off 3 times already

Apparently its not allowed.
Some nice people on the ebay forums are digging up a link for me to report him and have his auctions canceled

Beware of ebay/half, ive gotten ripped off before, took em a month to accept my case then another couple months to get my money back. This is after i had to dig up their customer support number off the net since they dont want anyone to know it. Then when i went to buy something else a few months later, they had locked my card because a seller had ripped ME off(Wtf???) and were too incompetent to fix it.
Oh btw, HERES THOSE MOTHER FUCKERS #, give them and their stupid ass foriegn service rep's hell!

So anyway, I first emailed him and politely asked him to change his selling format as he had copied mine and he basically told me to fuck off. So I then email him back saying I'd reported him for blatant copying of my listing and this is what I get back:

Erm, I'd prefer to keep quiet what I sell on ebay. It's quite lucrative and if I said what I was selling it would give other people ideas...

BTW Sheik, took those photo's yesterday with a friends camera (my digi got nicked  ) but now I've got to wait for the film to be developed.
Can't wait to see how they turn out
