they are small. they should grow to 4-8 inches on average. some can get really long, but the growth of yours is stunted. My opinion is lack of air exchange, that's why they are short and fat. I'm no expert, someone else will probably know better.

Well, they will get a little bigger, but not very much bigger. Maybe 1-2" bigger tops.
There are a lot of reasons that you could have small matured fruits. As stated above, air exchange could be one of them. Some others could have to do with the amount of substrate you cased, and the depth of your casing layer.
You will often see that when someone makes a casing of just one cake and has a very thin substrate layer.
The last reason I have seen this happen was due to people using chemicals like lysol in their fruiting chamber. That tends to stunt growth, or cause mutations of the mushrooms.

the other over acheivers on the casing you can see the pinset coming in

Yeah, #1 reason is undoubtedly the result of a thin substrate layer. I've had it in the past when messing around with .5-1" substrate depths, and no other time. Go deep (2-4") and you shouldn't have that problem.

I never thought about substrate depth. usually 3"+, short and fat when they get neglected.
