He has a p.c , what would be a good recipe or ratio of material to use . He has at his disposal . BRF ,WHOLE MILLET , FLAX MEEL , VERM , its all organic . Any ideas for a substrate would be great , maybey just mix it all , does the millet require pre-boiling or anything? its like very small hard balls should they be mushy or crushed ? Does it even matter ?

either grind the millet into a flour, pc for an hour or steep for 3 to 4 hours. my understanding is that you can use it in place of brf with verm to make cakes.

steeping would be bringing the product to a boil, and then killing the heat, covering and allowing to sit. . . .
