I found a store right by my house that has EVERY kind of flour and grain I could possibly imagine. It's a local, consumer owned, organic, free-range poultry, grocery store. I could not believe the selection of the off the wall stuff in there!

This leads into my Question: I'm doin' the Cambos with Finch seed. Is there any thing like a grain or an off the wall type of organic flour I can put into the Finch seed to make it more kick-ass??

BTW if anyone has a hard time finding this type of item, PM me and we'll go from there!!

grinding your own whole grain will (although it is debateable) be better than buying pre-ground flour..
try rye if you can..
