Spores clumping together in syringe

No pics, my webcam wouldn't show enough detail anyway. I've made a few syringes from homemade prints before, so I know basically what I'm doing, and this has never happened before. I made two syringes a couple weeks ago, by scraping the spores into a shot glass and shooting water in/sucking it back up into the syringe. Pretty simple deal. One of the syringes looked fine a couple days later, like it's supposed to. Mostly just dark water with some few visible spore clumps, very small ones. I used that syringe to knock up some jars and 10 days later they are all about 90-100% colonized, so that's working out great. The other syringe, however, has a few giant clumps of spores. These things are like the size of pennies, they are huge. When I shake the syringe, I can't get the clumps to break apart, they are practically glued together. I imagine I could probably still use the syringe, there are probably still enough spores floating around that aren't stuck together, and they would probably be enough to get the job done, but it still bothers the hell out of me that those others clumped up the way they did. Does anyone know why this happened? The only thing I can think of is I didn't completely dry out the spore print. When I made the print, I folded up all four corners of the foil and put it in my desiccant chamber, but since I didn't leave one corner open for a few days I'm thinking maybe it didn't get to dry completely. That's about the only thing I can think of. Anyone else have this problem or know why I'm having it? Thanks.

Therefore, between a then and its matching else, there cannot be an if statement without an else. Statements must be distinguished between those that are matched and those that are unmatched, where unmatched statements are else-less ifs and all other statements are matched.
I wonder if that would make more sense if I was tripping when I read it.

it happens alot, it's due to surface tension, next time you make a syringe add a drop of liquid dish soap to one pint of water, sterilize that and use it for your spore solution, te soap doesnt harm the spores and breaks the surfave tension allowing the spores to dispurse more evenly

I have heard of using Jet Dry as an additive. One drop per pint- just as above

liquid dish soap works the same way, it simply breaks the surface tension
ever fill a cup just over the brim, where it's got the big hump of water, rub the brim of the cup with soap and it changes that, surface tension is what hold it in place, the soap breaks that tension and allows it to flow, incidentaly, thats how antistatic dryer sheets work as well.

Holy shit that sounds like good advice. Nice and easy, no philosophizing. Thanks bud.

Is it o.k if the dish soap is anti-bacterial? Or will it some how harm the spores?

"A smoker would theoretically have to consume nearly fifteen hundred pounds of marijuana within about 15 minutes to induce a lethal response... In strict medical terms, marijuana is far safer than many of the foods we commonly consume. For example, eating ten raw potatoes can result in a toxic response. By comparison, it is physically impossible to eat enough marijuana to induce death."

I'm guessing it would. If anti-bacterial soap kills contams on hands, its probably safe to assume it would kill spores.
