 Premade substrate question

I'm looking at a few different premade substrates and I'm wondering how they compare to the 'real stuff' (collected horse dung w/ straw).. i'm looking at this one in particular ( http://psiliwear.com/psilopro.htm .) Any insight? Pros/Cons other suggestions? Thanks!

if you can, collect your own horse poo. look in the yellow pages and look under stables. alot of these stables offer free manure to the public. bring your bag, gloves, and dig in. preparing the horse poo as substrate is incredibly easy. it will save you $$$ in the end.

Yea I prepared poo in my last grow, but I recently moved to the city and sold my car, so it'd be a little hard to carry 50 lbs of poo on the subway. ha.
