About dunking

I would likt too know what to do before dunking .. Do I afto take all the small pin that already started? Do I afto sterilize the water? And after it has been dunked what to do exacly ? rinse and thats all? (after dunking will I have too mist the cakes?)
If I dont dunk it because I aint sure ill wont contam my cakes then I sould just mist the cakes ? tnahks for all the answers.

OK but do I afto clean the cake out of its pin before dunking?And do I afto boil the water im dunking in ? And his it a must do too add more drie vermiculite after it has been dunked? ( then I will afto PC the vermni ...)
And If i dont dunk what do I afto do? water them or what ? thank you

lol first, try to right normally so we can understand wut ur saying. 2nd, yes u do have to clear all ur pins of the cake if u want to dunk, no u dont have to boil the water it can be straight from the fosset, after u dunk u should roll the cake, it holds nutes in better that way.

Do I afto sterilize the vermiculite I am using to roll the cakes in?
And if I dont dunk I just afto water the cakes or what?

naw u dont have to sterilize the verm, after a cake is fully colonized its pretty hard to get it contammed
if u dont dunk u just have to keep a good humidity level (which u have to do anyways if u want it to grow). 90% humidity is probly the lowest u want it at, u can push it at 85% but still 100% is the best, the more humidity the better wut kinda terrarium do u have?

personally i like the plastic storage bins, put abunch of perlite on the bottom then put a heating pad underneath the bin and u will get BIG shrooms. cause its warm humidity (and LOTS of it). fan (i use a mini fan) like 4-5 times a day for a month and ull be good. i did this and got 12 flushes from 4 cakes
