hey..anyone used manure for substrate?
Couple questions. What color was your horse shit?...mine is greenish color.
I colonized 5 small aluminum trays..about 6" by 3", by 3" deep. Colonized with one birdseed cake about a half pint in size..colonized almost 100% in 3 days.
Can I just stick the trays in a sealed container, and add light and adjust temperature....? I don't need to worry about humidity if I do that do I?

That'll work. I reccomend misting the terrarium walls until you see pins. I've only used composted manure (brown shit).
